Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching does not assume responsibility for those inherent risks which may cause unfortunate accidents, incidents, or delays with our guest’s travel arrangements. Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching will not be held responsible for injury, death, damage, loss, delay, cost, expense, or inconvenience arising from travel misfortunes beyond our control.

Booking Policy
A booking is confirmed when a non-refundable deposit is paid.
Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Every client must provide a signed copy of the participation and liability waiver form. Failure to do so results in a cancelation of the booking and forfeiting the amount paid.
By making payment of a deposit or full payment for any program you are accepting Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching Terms and Conditions.

Deposits
1. A deposit due at time of booking.
2. All deposits and final payments are Non Refundable.
Please refer to cancellation policy for more details.
Payment Policy
1. Final Payment is due at 90 Days prior to booking date and is non-refundable for all reasons.
2. Payment may be paid by Bank Transfer or Paypal.
3. Any form of payment constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stated on this document.
4. In case of PayPal payments, customers are responsible a 4% Pay Pal service charge. This charge will be added to your final invoice.
5. Bank fees incurred by transferring money are the sole responsibility of the guest.
Failure to pay within this timeframe results in the funds being forfeited.
The guest is responsible to pay for all extra services not included in the selected package in cash, in the local currency (IDR) or where facilities allow, credit card payments can be accepted (credit card payments are now accepted on The Maldives Trip's yacht).
Any form of payment constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stated on this document.
Refund Policy / Cancellation Policy
All sales/bookings/payments are final. If a guest cancels the booking, Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching will not issue a cash, cheque or credit card refund for any reason.
If participant has opted into a payment plan and the payment plan is not fulfilled prior to event, Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching retains the right to deny participation in the retreat.
Exceptions to Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching guest cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason.

There are no refunds, or partial refunds, given for early departures from the Retreat, because of poor surf, inclement weather, or injury.
In addition, there are no refunds given for reasons pertaining to unstable global, national, or local political situation that does not directly pose a threat to the safe operations of our retreats.
No refunds shall be payable if you fail to arrive at the Retreat Destination, or if you voluntarily leave a retreat for any reason after the trip has begun or you cannot fullfill your planned trip and / or activities due to injury or illness, or travel issues, or any other reason.
No refunds will be payable for any activity, accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals or services not utilised.
In case of problems or disputes incurred with sharing a room with another guest, Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching will not be considered responsible and no refunds will be issued.

Travel insurance
Surfing can be a risky sport, and travel delays can cost you. We wish our guest to have a safe and incident free trip, but accidents do happen. Travel Insurance is mandatory for all guests. Travel insurance covering both Covid 19 issues and medical evacuation is required. If you are unsure what insurance to purchase please inquire with us and we can recommend an insurance company. You must provide us with your travel insurance policy details on your Booking Form. In addition, we recommend purchasing travel insurance that will cover any costs incurred due to delays, flight cancellations, missed connections, natural disasters, etc.
Travel insurance covering testing positive for Covid-19 before departure is required, as well as covering getting ill with Covid 19 during the trip, so that costs of medical treatment, hospitalisation and eventual quarantine are covered.

Transportation to the retreat venue
All guests are responsible for their own personal transportation to and from the Retreat Venue.
Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching is not responsible also for any transportation during the week of the retreat.
Airline related Information
1. Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching is not responsible for airline board fees or baggage policies.
2. Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching does not accept any responsibility for late arrival or non-arrival of any personal surf equipment, not excluding surfboards/surfboard bags or any other luggage.

Health
1. Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching is not responsible for health problems arising from environmental factors during your stay.

Documents
1. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
2. If applicable, a valid visa is required for travel.
Rescheduling or Cancellation of the trip
Surf retreats must receive a minimum bookings of 8 guests.
If Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching cancels or changes the scheduled retreat date for not reaching a minimum participants number, you will be refunded of the payments made so far to Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching.
Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching is not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation of the cancelled retreat, i.e. airplane tickets, insurance, illness, loss of work etc.

Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching will not be liable for cancellation, failure of, or delay in performing it’s obligations under this agreement due to force majeure events (earthquake, hurricane, tornado, flooding, pandemic, volcanic activity or other natural disasters, or in the case of war, action of foreign enemies, terrorist activities, labor dispute or strike, government sanction, blockage, embargo, pandemic or epidemic) or if certain conditions present unacceptable danger to the participant.
In the cases listed above, no refunds will be made.

In the event of refund, Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching will not be responsible for any currency fluctuations and will refund the original amount that was invoiced.
Prices and Services
Prices and services are subject to change. The invoiced price includes the services as stated on the invoice and the booking confirmation connected with that invoice. Any additional agreements will be communicated via written form. Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching reserves the right to change its prices without prior notice.
Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching reserves the right to change its offer or individually agreed services due to extraordinary circumstances s (e.g. external forces, governmental regulations, delays of third parties, weather and oceanic conditions, etc.). If any essential contract paragraph is changed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. The retreat schedule and inclusions can change at any time without notice. The program listed on the website is subject to weather conditions, and all sessions timings and nature can change.
Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching reserves the right to change its location or dates due to unforeseen issues (e.g. third party delays or problems, construction, etc.) Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching will ensure the standard be kept the same in all the partnering resorts.
Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching reserves the right to change or amend this policy at anytime. The current policy is always applicable.

RESPONSIBILITY
Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching will use all due care for the provision of its services and activities provided to guests. Guests participate in activities and use services at the Surf Retreat at their own risk. No liability or responsibility is accepted by Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching for any injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, expense, or any other claim arising from involvement in any activities or provision of any services howsoever suffered, even in circumstances where staff of Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching may have negligently breached any duty of care that it or they may owe or have owed in connection with such activities, conduct, supervision, or the provision of services.
Andrew Goodman Surf Coaching is no longer be liable for direct or indirect losses, arising from any such injury, illness, damage, loss accident, or expense including consequential loss or economic loss however caused.
In case of a guest using illegal substances or abusing alcohol, the guest will be disembarked immediately (in case of a boat trip) or checked out of the resort (in case of a land based retreat). No refunds will be issued.
Data Use and Protection
The customer agrees that he/she will be photographed and/or filmed during his/her stay and/or activities in connection with the company, and also agrees that the company may use such recordings for marketing, promotion and/or advertising purposes without any prior consent.

The customer agrees that the company for marketing and market research purposes may use his/her personal data. The company assures that all personal data will be treated confidentially and not be transferred to any third party other than necessary to fulfill the booking or deliver the requested service.
